The HG76 High Frequency Welding Pipe Machine is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production line. It can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe using low carbon steel & alloy steel.
The specific process flow is:
Uncoil → Unbending → Flattening → Shearing and Butt Welding → Accumulator →Forming→ High Frequency Welding → Cleaning the burrs of inner and outer→ Cooling → Sizing → Rough Straightening → Flying Saw Cutting →Inspection and collecting→ Packaging → Weighing→ Marking → Storage.
